Seido karate around the world
Based in New York, the World Seido Karate Organisation was founded over 40 years ago by Kaicho Tadashi Nakamura, a 9th degree black belt with over 50 years experience in martial arts. Since then, Seido karate has flourished throughout the world, with over 20,000 students and dojos in many countries.
Seido Karate Queensland and the Seido Karate Brisbane dojo are headed up by regional heads Kyoshi Catherine and Kyoshi Glyn, both 5th degree blackbelts with 30 years martial arts experience.
